This workout for women is a simple exercise routine that can be done at any time of the day and will not take too much time to complete. Each round of exercise is followed by a short rest break of 1 or 2 minutes before beginning the next round. The workout is recommended twice or thrice every week.
Scissor lunges are done in order to exercise your lower body. The lunges are excellent to develop strength and firmness of your muscles. Place your feet apart. Bring your left leg forward until the right knee touches the ground. Now give an explosive jump with a scissoring movement and reverse your position. You should now have your right foot forward and your left knee should be close to the ground. Repeat this 3 or 4 times for every round.
